I 1st design the framing then designed the metal affect then pieced in the photographs for the stain glass affects. Or an all glass with the framing being an all glass effect

For best results  metallic fuji crystal archive  photo paper , Glossy fuji crystal archive  photo paper just matted or  framed & matted or behind acrylic glass or printed on metal   or a backlit that's on plastic film with LED lights to light up the photo.
